Our Energize Method is more than just a workout plan - it's a holistic view of YOU meant to build muscle, balance, mobility and confidence.
Our expert coaches write programs based on your goals, lifestyle and fitness level. During the session, and over the course of the program, they’ll dial the intensity up or down to meet you where you’re at.
Our sessions are 30-mins and 3-4 clients to one coach. The coach rotates around the session, watching your technique and guiding you through your customized program. Train with like-minded people. It’s the perfect balance of motivation and challenge.
We train around injuries so you don’t have to train through pain.

Progress Check-ins- Every 6 weeks, you’ll sit down with Tonya or your coach for a progress review. We’ll retest your body fat and measurements and other biomarkers, celebrate your wins, and set clear next steps. Your program gets updated to match your progress so you keep moving forward with the right amount of challenge.
Massage therapy aims at targeted recovery to reduce pain, improve movement, and relieve stress. Reiki to restore balance, calm the nervous system, and support emotional and physical healing.
Award-winning trainer Tonya created the science-based Energize Method to combine smart strength training with holistic wellness. With decades of experience in exercise science and injury recovery, she & her staff help clients ditch pain, gain strength, and align body and mind — without the fluff.
